Otter Brooke Solutions was created to follow my passion to help everyone be the best version of themselves.

I have had a career in finance for over a decade and held various roles from early beginnings as an accounts assistant to being the Head of Finance for a small group based locally. Due to the small teams I have worked in, I have developed a broad range of skills covering most areas of business finance.

I have managed multiple teams along my journey and I realised that one of the most rewarding parts of those roles was to see those team members grow and flourish as well as improving the systems/processes in place to make things run more efficiently.

People are happiest when things work smoothly with minimal effort. It seems an obvious thing to say but this simple statement often is overlooked in business as there is more of a focus on hitting targets.

By sharing my skills and knowledge with others, I aim to help them become more efficient and effective in their own journey of growth so that they can flourish too.

I have an idealist view on things but I hope that that translates into more personal relationships with my clients. Ultimately, I deal with people who make things happen. Those people should have the confidence to grow and thrive within their business to help them reach the potential they dream of.
